When you contact Plumcot
We collect the information you choose to send through a staffing request or clinician interest form, such as your contact details, hiring needs, preferences, and email permission. We use it to review your request and follow up personally.
How we use it
We keep submissions private for Plumcot’s team, use them to respond to you, and do not sell them. A clinician introduction happens only after the relevant people have confirmed they want to continue.
Location suggestions
When enabled, Google Maps provides location suggestions as you type. Your location search is sent to Google to retrieve suggestions. You can also enter a location manually. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this feature.
Retention and questions
We retain submissions while they are useful for follow-up and operational records. To ask about your information or withdraw email permission, contact mail@workwithplumcot.com.
